According to a recent survey, more young women need to be encouraged to take up apprenticeship responsibilities, especially in sectors dominated by men. Women empowerment training is a practical aspect in front of all women who face many legal, social, and health-related difficulties in their life. Its goal is to polish the skills and awareness of women who have been exposed to sexual and other forms of gender-based violence.
